Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, data analytics, GIS, urban planning, public administration, business administration, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Master's degree or specialized certifications (such as Certified Construction Manager, Professional Engineer License, or PMP) preferred.
• Texas Class C driver's license required.
• Six years of experience in Civil Engineering infrastructure program administration, public works maintenance, or asset management.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience in municipal or county government.
• Substitution of three years of additional experience for a bachelor's degree permitted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage capital projects in engineering and asset management.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for public works programs.
• Ensure compliance with municipal and state regulations in project execution.
• Coordinate with various departments to streamline project delivery.
• Supervise team members and provide leadership in project management.
