The Change Management Consultant supports the planning and delivery of change initiatives by assisting with impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and adoption activities. Working under the guidance of the Change Management Manager, this role helps develop change materials, track readiness and adoption metrics, coordinate with business units and project teams, and support change champions. The consultant plays a key role in executing day0to0day change activities and building foundational change management capabilities within the organization.
Job Duties
Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and exercises to tailor communications, create organization charts, and work with COEs (ET&D and Communications) for training and communication support.
Monitor readiness and measure adoption via dashboards to assess organizational health and identify gaps.
Partner to design and deliver role-based training, job aids, coaching and practice opportunities; enable managers to coach and reinforce behavior change.
May attend intake meetings to gather information about scope and impact of change.
Keep change agents or champions from the business motivated and informed. Set up meetings with these teams as needed.
Ensure the creation of clear, consistent communication materials that articulate the purpose, benefits, and impact of changes.
Operationalize change and communication strategies that foster transparency, trust, and engagement.
Qualifications
Bachelors Equivalent combination of education and experience Required
1-3 years Change Management Experience Preferred
1-3 years Organizational Design Experience Preferred
A strong track record of participating in successful organizational transformation initiatives in large companies.
Strong communication to drive clarity and engagement
Close collaboration with business units to ensure relevance and buy-in
Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting dashboards
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and track change effectiveness
PowerPoint (PPT) expertise, creating clear, executive-ready presentations that translate data into actionable insights
Organizational chart development and analysis, mapping structures, reporting lines, and role impacts during organizational changes
A Change Management certification is preferred.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$80,100.00 - $107,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
