The Johnson Wine and Spirits and Vintage divisions of Johnson Brothers are seeking a Chain Accounts Manager based in St. Paul, Minnesota. This individual will oversee chains for both divisions and be responsible for leading and developing a team of Chain Managers and Merchandisers.

Act as liaison to all suppliers through the development of chain accounts sales, marketing plans and initiatives
Lead and educate Chain Managers on how to create and heighten awareness for our brands, maximize brand and profit growth
Maintain grow relationships with chain accounts
Evaluate performance through measuring and reporting results
Set goals and objectives for the team, develop strategies for continued growth, define relationships with chain account buyer and solve any issues related to given chains
Provide leadership, develop programs, communicate and motivate team to execute on set programs
Responsible for presenting chain strategies consistently, discuss chain issues and statues updates at team meetings
Develop sales forecasts and scheduling of timeline of product delivery
Assists in planning and coordination of pricing and delivery, etc.
Participates in product display design and pricing of units
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university preferred;
Four or more years related experience, preferably management work with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language, Mathematical, and Reasoning Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents (such as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations), write routine reports and correspondence, and to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts (such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume) and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry to practical situations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished (in written, oral, or diagram form) and to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office Suite software (such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.), graphics software (such as Corel or Adobe Design), and order processing systems (such as ProSpace, Logility, Microstrategy, and etc.) or the aptitude to learn.

The expected pay range for this role is $82,787 - $111,568. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
