SummaryThe Category Management Manager (Corporate Services) is a global role supporting the execution of our indirect procurement strategy and helping drive adoption within the organization. The incumbent possesses a foundational understanding of category management principles, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to teamwork and ingenuity. This position will contribute to optimizing spend under management, reducing procurement cycle times, and fostering collaboration across the organization.
Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Support one to two indirect categories, contributing to the management of approximately $50M of spend.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic category plans (20% strategic planning, 80% hands-on execution).
- Support savings initiatives and assist in optimizing spend under management.
- Contribute to improving procurement cycle times for assigned categories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support successful adoption of indirect procurement processes.
- Travel globally approximately 5% of the time.
Knowledge/Skills/Competencies- Solid analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to support projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Ivalua is a plus.
Physical Demands- Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
- Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Typical Experience- 2-4 years of specific experience in category management.
Typical Education- Bachelor's degree in related field (Commerce, Engineering), or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

SalaryThe stated range includes Base Salary and target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensation only. A comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.
