About the Team TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities - Own creator campaign operations end-to-end, from campaign strategy and design through launch, execution, and post-campaign review. - Translate goals into clear campaign mechanics, eligibility rules, incentive structures, and operational workflows that are simple to understand and easy to execute at scale. - Build and continuously improve the operating cadence for campaigns - timelines, playbooks, stakeholder check-ins, issue escalation, and quality control, while devising mechanisms and operational workflows to ensure creator engagement and participation to support campaign post and gmv targets. - Monitor performance using data and experiment results, identify key drivers and bottlenecks, and turn insights into actionable optimizations for future waves. - Partner with cross-functional teams (BD, Creator Management, Product) to align objectives, coordinate execution, and unblock dependencies. - Develop reporting and documentation standards that make campaign health, learnings, and next steps easy to share and reuse.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 4+ years of experience managing campaigns or programs end-to-end (creator/influencer programs, growth/marketing campaigns, platform operations, or similar). - Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and make practical recommendations. - Familiarity with the e-commerce, affiliate, or creator economy ecosystem and how creator-led content supports business objectives. - Proven execution ability in fast-paced environments, with a strong ownership mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex operations into crisp, actionable plans. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working directly with creators, influencers, or KOLs, or running creator-facing programs. - Experience designing campaign mechanics (segmentation, rules, incentives, experimentation) and improving operational workflows at scale. - Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing), measurement design, and post-campaign learning synthesis. - Background in marketplace, e-commerce, or platform operations environments. - Comfort using dashboards and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and drive decision-making.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
