We9re looking for a Recruiter to own recruiting for our business roles, focusing on Go-to-Market teams. You9ll drive full-cycle hiring for Sales, Implementation, Customer Success and related roles while building scalable processes and running our referrals program. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on the quality and speed of our business hiring.
What you9ll do:- Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles across Sales, SDR, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, etc.
- Build and improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks tailored to GTM hiring.
- Manage and grow our employee referrals program.
- Partner closely with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates quickly.
- Maintain strong pipelines and deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Track recruiting metrics and use data to continuously improve our hiring engine.
What we9re looking for:- 5-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant time spent hiring GTM roles.
- Proven ability to build recruiting processes from the ground up.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience running effective referrals programs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking key recruiting metrics.
- High agency and builder mindset.
Location:San Francisco. We9re an in-person team - 5 days in the office. At this stage, proximity genuinely accelerates product quality and team cohesion.
