Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and win new commercial and public-sector accounts.
  • Build relationships with procurement leaders, supplier-diversity teams, hiring stakeholders, and managed service providers.
  • Position Tryfacta for approved supplier lists and MSP/VMS programs.
  • Develop pursuit strategies and convert qualified leads into signed agreements and active requisitions.
  • Conduct targeted outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and professional networks.
  • Present Tryfacta’s capabilities, certifications, contract vehicles, and delivery record to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate bill rates, margins, master service agreements, and related commercial terms.
  • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams on requisition intake, candidate quality, fill rates, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast reporting for business development leadership.
  • Represent Tryfacta at procurement forums, conferences, and client meetings nationwide as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of staffing, workforce solutions, or B2B services sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success opening new accounts and generating revenue through outbound business development.
  • Working knowledge of staffing economics, including pay rates, bill rates, markups, and gross margins.
  • Experience selling into at least one relevant sector, such as technology and engineering, healthcare and life sciences, administrative and professional services, or skilled trades and light industrial.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pleasanton, California.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with MSP and VMS programs such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VectorVMS, or similar platforms.
  • An established network of commercial or government buyers.
  • Experience navigating public-sector procurement or enterprise supplier onboarding.


Compensation and Benefits

  • $60,000–$100,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission and target bonus. Final base salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated business-development results.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage; Tryfacta pays 50% of the employee premium in accordance with plan terms and applicable requirements.
