Annually grow key/top customer accounts
Lead the expansion of business into new customer accounts
Act as primary contact and representative for the customer
Provide clear, timely, responsiveness and detailed quotations to the assigned customer base. This requires that the Business Development Manager be available at all times, including weekends and after hours, to communicate with customers when required
Work with internal/external customers to clarify and resolve issues
Communicate with customers to manage their delivery priorities
Participate and help price contracts and proposals Participate in requests for proposals (RFPs)
Communicate new assets and promote our MRO divisions
Maintain open two-way communication with customers appropriately sharing both good and bad news in a professional manner
Provide timely quotes
Act on behalf of AerSale Customer Service & Business Development
Assist Sr. Management in development and implementation of field and marketing activities, capture of new business opportunities, and the management of target accounts
Represent company in a professional, innovative, positive, pro-active manner
Work with customers to forecast their upcoming requirements
Utilize price discrimination principles to gauge price/product optimization
Pro-actively obtain market data/pricing
Develop and deliver sales presentations as needed to key and new growth accounts
