Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Lead and coordinate cross-functional sales and marketing efforts related to Component
MRO services, including repair, overhaul, and asset management solutions.
· Develop and implement integrated sales strategies that align component shop
capabilities with broader company service offerings.
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across component MRO, leveraging
internal capabilities and partnerships.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing to generate demand, position services, and expand
the customer base.
· Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other business units to align sales initiatives
with capacity, capabilities, and delivery performance.
· Drive cross-selling and bundled service opportunities across airframe, engine, and
component service lines.
· Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to optimize strategies
and achieve revenue targets.
· Establish and manage key customer relationships, serving as an executive sponsor for
strategic accounts.
· Lead the development of complex, multi-service proposals, including pricing strategies
and contract structuring.
· Define and implement short- and long-term goals, objectives, and operating procedures
that support scalable growth.
· Oversee the development and delivery of sales materials, technical presentations, and customer communications.
· Support strategic business planning, including forecasting, market analysis, and growth initiatives.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
· Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial aviation/airline/MRO operations,
including proven ability to sell Airframe MRO services and/or Component MRO
Services.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a high level of
confidentiality.
· Working knowledge of FAR Part 121 and 145 requirements.
· Strong financial acumen along with ability to develop pricing models and proposals.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools; Expertise in Pentagon and/or HubSpot
preferred.
