  • Partner with Legal to draft, redline and finalize contracts, NDAs and statements of work
  • Coordinate with Finance on deal economics, invoicing and payment terms for licensing and distribution agreements
  • Work with Product, Engineering and Marketing to scope, launch dn support live partnerships (e.g. preload integrations, in-app events, co-marketing campaigns, editorial features)
  • Manage ongoing relationships with live partners, including performance reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Track and report on partnership performance metrics (conversion, redemption rates, revenue impact) to inform deal strategy
  • Prepare and deliver regular partnership status updates to cross-functional and executive stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and competitive partnership activity to identify new opportunities
Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of proven success in business development, partnerships or strategic alliances experience, ideally in consumer subscription products, edtech, family/kids media or mobile apps

  • Experience managing a multi-deal pipeline simultaneously, prioritizing across partners at different stages (prospecting, negotiation, contracting, launch, renewal)
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Product and Marketing to structure deals, manage contracting workflows, and coordinate launches
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting partner facing proposals, decks, and negotiation correspondence, and delivering concise updates to executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with app store mechanics (Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore), OEM preload/device partnerships, or affiliate/card-linked offer programs is a strong plus
