Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a strong
Mainframe and Payments/Banking background.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong Mainframe background with experience in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
- Experience working on Payments and/or Banking-related projects.
- Strong data analysis and SQL skills.
- Proven ability to act as a trusted bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Ability to clearly communicate business/product requirements, business value, risks, impacts, and technology implications.
- Strong requirement prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Support development teams by clarifying requirements and backlog/user stories.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master on Agile sprint planning and execution.
- Mainframe experience is highly preferred / good to have.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 80000 - 100000/ per annum.
