About the role:

We are looking for aBoutiqueDirectorwho will be the ultimate leader and brand ambassador oftheBoutique. They will have an influential partforbuilding and developing an exceptional team that consistently provides superior client service andensuringthat theboutiqueexceeds defined performance targets. TheBoutiqueDirectorshould be passionate about creating a client service-oriented environment and coaching and mentoring diverse leaders.

Compensation:

  • Theanticipatedbase salary range for this position is $134,000 through $185,000. Base salary is onecomponentof the total compensation for this position.
