Board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)

Position Overview

The Hamidian Training Institute (HTI), affiliated with the Aaron Center, is seeking a highly skilled and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in a key clinical and leadership role within our expanding IBHS program. This position offers a unique opportunity to help shape new programming while influencing the quality, structure, and long-term clinical direction of services.

Kids are our primary focus. This role will primarily support programming designed for children ages 3 to 6 who are not yet ready for a traditional school environment.
