Elite ABA Therapy, LLC is anoutpatient behavioral health center that provides one-on-one center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children between the ages of 2 to 8 whohave been diagnosed with Autism and/or other developmental delays. We arelocated in Wilkes-Barre Twp, PA and operate year-round. Our clinic hours areMonday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. We are closed on all federalholidays.

Elite ABA Therapy, LLCspecializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, whichare the most widely known evidence-based practices for teaching new skills andimproving behavior. Our goal is to optimize our clients' independence and promotesocial integration by teaching meaningful and socially significant skills inthe least restrictive environment. Our clinic is designed to simulate an EarlyIntervention-like setting, but without academic curriculum. Teaching iscompletely individualized and based on the client's needs identified in theirtreatment plan. Clients receive 1:1 individual services and are grouped with upto 5 other children to simulate a classroom. Each group of children follow adaily schedule of activities that include both individual and group formats.Individual activities include direct instruction of skill acquisition programsspecified in the client's individualized treatment plan, such as teachingcommunication skills. Group activities include circle time, structured playgroups, and planned activities (music, arts and crafts, etc.) to work on socialskills and generalizing learned skills to group settings.

The daily schedule is designed for 2 different sessions per day; the full-day program runs from 9 am to 3:30 pm., and the after-school session runs from3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

BCBA Service Roleand Responsibilities:

Board-CertifiedBehavior Analysts will be responsible for supervising a small caseload at our therapy center (caseload depends on how many hours per week you are willing to work). Clinical responsibilities includeconducting supervision with RBTs/BHTs, attending supervision with the ClinicalDirector, conducting client functional behavior assessments, writing treatmentplans, setting up client treatment goals in practice management software,conducting norm-referenced and standardized assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland,etc), designing and updating individualized DTT programs for each client,training RBTs/BHTs on implementation of the DTT program, reviewing client data,reviewing RBT session notes, writing daily session notes for billable sessions,and conducting monthly caregiver training.

Pay Rate

  • $60 per hour
