Join Us as a Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!In this unique role, you'll serve as a critical bridge between our clinical teams and Spanish-speaking families, ensuring caregivers receive the guidance, education, and partnership they need to confidently support their child's progress.
While you'll maintain a small caseload of your own, a significant portion of your work will focus on providing family guidance sessions in families' native language, helping remove communication barriers and strengthen engagement in treatment.
This position is approximately
70% remote, allowing you to complete treatment planning, family guidance, and administrative responsibilities from home. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday until
7:00 PM to support supervision needs during peak service hours.

What You'll Do- Serve as a primary clinical resource for Spanish-speaking families, providing ongoing family guidance, caregiver coaching, and support in their preferred language.
- Build strong relationships with caregivers to increase engagement, understanding, and consistency in implementing ABA strategies across settings.
- Conduct family guidance sessions focused on skill acquisition, behavior reduction strategies, caregiver training, and progress toward treatment goals.
- Partner closely with each client's primary BCBA to ensure treatment recommendations, clinical updates, and behavioral strategies are effectively communicated to families.
- Help bridge communication gaps between families and clinical teams, ensuring caregivers fully understand treatment plans, recommendations, and progress updates.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and ongoing client needs.
- Conduct behavioral assessments, reassessments, and clinical reviews as needed.
- Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data to guide clinical decision-making and treatment modifications.
- Provide supervision, support, and clinical guidance to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, physicians, and internal partners to support positive client outcomes.
- Ensure clinical documentation, treatment plans, supervision, and family guidance activities meet regulatory and payer requirements.
- Maintain availability for evening supervision and family support through 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.
What You'll Need- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct clinical conversations, caregiver training, and documentation-related discussions in both languages.
- Experience providing caregiver training, family guidance, and parent coaching within ABA services.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NJ

CompensationBase salary range: $97,000-$107,000
Total compensation potential (including bonus): $133,400
