The opportunityWe're seeking a highly motivated, data-driven marketing professional to join EY Canada's Social Media team. The role plays a critical part in shaping and executing our firm's social media presence with accountability across both organic and paid channels. Reporting to and working alongside our Assistant Director, Social Media, and cross-functional stakeholders across Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), the candidate will oversee the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, aligning content and channel strategies to business objectives. The candidate will help define the voice of our firm on social media, strike the right balance between technical campaign management capability, innate creative and strong storytelling skills. The role is focused on stakeholder management and advisory, strategic and creative content development, continuous platform optimizations and integrated oversight of paid and organic campaigns to achieve our KPIs.

Your key responsibilities- Manage select social media channels end-to-end, including strategy, creative concept, content development and results reporting
- Manage the workflow and publishing of social content to the platform - planning and maintaining an editorial calendar, and aligning cross-functionally across the EY ecosystem
- Advise stakeholders, managing expectations, communicate proactively and working collaboratively with team members on competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, bridging between sales and marketing to embolden our combined efforts
- Develop social strategy and execute social media campaigns, inclusive of organic, paid, employee advocacy, internal communications, social listening, benchmarking, competitive intel, optimizations and reporting
- Create content that safeguards brand values and brand reputation from copywriting, translation, image creation/selection and reviews through to social media calendar management, scheduling, tracking and analytics
- Conduct regular social audits to proactively identify gaps and priorities in social content execution
- Develop monthly wrap reports for social media highlighting optimizations, analyzing and making strategic recommendations based on community engagement and reporting on brand and lead generation KPIs vs. vanity metrics
- Identify leading social media trends and interpret into best practices
Skills and attributes for success- 3-5 years of experience planning, creating, implementing, and measuring high-quality social media campaigns; B2B experience preferred but not required
- Experience managing organic and paid media on LinkedIn and Instagram; experience with Hootsuite, Marketo or TikTok and Facebook is also valued
- Excellent knowledge of social platform capabilities and best practices
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to test, accept and learn from pilots
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of social KPIs, measurement and attribution models for social
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, yet dynamic work environment and able to multitask on a variety of different projects with strong project management skills
- An understanding of how social media fits into the larger marketing and firm ecosystem
- Organized and articulate, with impeccable attention to detail and a hunger to contribute

- A strategic and growth mindset focused on initiating new social ideas to elevate the EY brand
- Understanding of social media best practices and platforms
- Experience with social media A/B testing and analytics
- Collaboration with internal teams and firm leaders to deliver best-in-class campaigns/content, managing communication style and context accordingly
- Ensuring high-quality social voice for all EY content, including adhering to style guidelines, and enabling a consistent brand voice
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including having an art for effective storytelling that connects with the hearts and minds of people

EY reports salary ranges in accordance with applicable provincial pay transparency legislation. Individual salaries within the anticipated salary ranges noted below are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, education, relevant experience, knowledge, and applicable skill sets.
- Toronto: $77,200 to $$115,800
- Vancouver: $77,200 to $$115,800
