Job Requirements Summary of Position Virtusa is seeking a strategic and data-driven Benefits Manager to oversee the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada, and Mexico. In this role, you will design and manage comprehensive medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs. You will partner cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers. The ideal candidate will leverage digital tools and data analytics to drive plan efficiency and personalization, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and delivering engaging communications that foster benefits literacy across the organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage the end-to-end benefits strategy for the US, Canada and Mexico, including medical, dental, vision, family, and financial wellbeing programs.
- Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and HRIS teams to optimize plan performance, manage budgets, and lead annual renewal processes with external brokers and carriers.
- Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education campaigns to drive financial and benefits literacy across the organization.
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance with applicable US, Canadian and Mexican requirements by overseeing crucial plan documentation and required federal, state, and local filings.
- Leverage digital tools, technology integrations, and data analytics to optimize plan efficiency, track utilization trends, and enhance the overall personalization of the benefits function.
