Leverage your expertise in digital marketing, online media, and AI alongside strong analytical and communication skills to drive growth for new and established businesses. By utilizing influence and relationship-building, you will predict decision-making patterns, identify the core business requirements of key accounts, and demonstrate how our product suite facilitates expansion.
We empower clients to scale through account performance optimization and increased investment. In this leadership role, you will be accountable for the professional development and growth of Sales Executives supporting our AI Platform client within the digital advertising sector.
Successfully inspire your team to meet business targets while prioritizing client-centric solutions. You will achieve this by coaching high-performing individuals and facilitating engagement with senior agency stakeholders. Your responsibilities include executing strategic initiatives to enhance agency business while applying problem-solving and objection-handling expertise in a dynamic, high-performance setting.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
- Drive expansion, interaction, and customer fulfillment across a diverse portfolio of mid-market corporate accounts.
- Oversee the sales unit to ensure improved same-store performance, client gratification, and optimized portfolio vitality.
- Mentor and guide sales personnel to facilitate effective engagement with B2B stakeholders while establishing and sustaining a robust long-range agency planning framework.
- Develop and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategic performance assessments to key client decision-makers.
- Collaborate with learning and development departments to champion the continuous professional evolution and career advancement of your team.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in professional sales roles within the AI, advertising, or technology sectors, demonstrating a history of market expansion and general management capabilities.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, focusing on team development through active coaching and mentorship.
- Demonstrated ability to architect innovative strategies that cultivate and sustain high-value client accounts and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Leadership: Proficient in identifying and securing enduring business opportunities, managing complex deal cycles, and overseeing pipeline growth both individually and via team guidance.
- Business Leadership: Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the capacity to execute cohesive business plans that balance immediate targets with sustainable, long-range objectives.
- People Leadership: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to attract top talent and navigate matrixed organizations through collaboration and inspiration. Adept at leading diverse teams in multicultural settings.
- Advanced analytical aptitude to evaluate performance metrics, derive actionable business insights, and mobilize resources to capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Prior experience overseeing contact center sales operations and proficiency with Salesforce CRM systems is highly regarded.

Schedule
- Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.
- Full-time onsite presence required (5 days weekly), including a comprehensive 2-week training.
