About the Role
Critical Mass is seeking a strategic Associate Director, Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruitment efforts across North America and EMEA, with primary focus on building world-class talent acquisition operations. What You Bring
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in high-growth or digital agency environments
3+ years of experience leading and scaling recruitment teams across geographies
Deep understanding of the NAM talent market, including sourcing channels, employment regulations (US & Canada), and cultural nuances
Workday Recruiting expertise required process design, and reporting
Proven process design and operational improvement mindset
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

$135,000 - $150,000 CAD
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
