Job Description Summary

Detail-oriented strategic analyst responsible for serving as the primary liaison between Market Access and Government Pricing (GP). This role ensures seamless cross-functional communication, supports forecasting accuracy, develops analytical tools and KPIs, and provides strategic insights related to ASP, AMP, BP, GNUP, VA, Medicaid, and biosimilar market dynamics.

Position Location: This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site. Our Sandoz flexible hybrid working approach allows US office-based employees to work up to 50% of their monthly workday remotely. This role will not have the ability to be located remotely.  Preference will be given to local candidates not requiring relocation.

Major Accountabilities / Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Market Access and Government Pricing (GP), ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

  • Partner with Market Access, GP, Finance, and Forecasting teams to develop accurate volume, revenue, and gross-to-net forecasts.

  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for ASP, AMP, BP, GNUP, and other key pricing metrics.

  • Build and manage GP dashboards, KPIs, and analytics tools to support business decision-making.

  • Conduct GNUP, VA/FSS, Medicaid, 340B, and government pricing impact analyses.

  • Support market access strategy development through pricing, reimbursement, and contracting evaluations.

  • Provide product, customer, and profitability assessments to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

  • Research competitor biosimilar strategies, focusing on ASP performance, reimbursement dynamics, provider economics, and market access levers.

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to optimize market access, forecasting accuracy, and financial performance.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • 10 years of experience.

  • Strong understanding of Government Pricing principles and methodologies, with the ability to apply pricing insights to forecasting and business planning activities.

  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including experience interpreting complex datasets and translating business insights into forecasting models.

  • Experience working with forecasting methodologies, predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and business projections.

  • Ability to understand complex business drivers and incorporate them into analytical models to support decision-making.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect data, trends, and market factors to generate actionable insights.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Market Access, pricing, reimbursement, and healthcare market dynamics.

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $160,300 – $297,700/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/26 through 12/31/26, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.


Salary Range

$160,300.00 - $297,700.00
