McKesson est à la recherche d'un(e) Analyste principal(e) des systèmes d'affaires hautement motivé(e) au sein de l'équipe des technologies du commerce de détail (Retail) pour diriger des initiatives complexes d'analyse d'affaires visant à soutenir des solutions technologiques, l'excellence opérationnelle et la transformation numérique.

Ce rôle collabore étroitement avec les propriétaires de produits d'affaires afin de traduire les besoins de l'entreprise en exigences claires et exploitables. Ce que vous ferez
  • Diriger les activités de collecte des besoins, les ateliers et les séances de découverte pour des initiatives complexes.
  • Gérer la complexité et la portée des exigences en collaboration avec les propriétaires de produits d'affaires.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Développement et Assurance qualité (QA) tout au long du cycle de développement afin de s'assurer que les solutions sont alignées sur les objectifs d'affaires.
  • Créer et maintenir une structure claire de la documentation des exigences d'affaires (BRD) et des exigences fonctionnelles (FRD) dans Confluence.
  • Maintenir une cartographie des fonctionnalités du produit et développer un carnet de produit (backlog) sain, continuellement priorisé par le propriétaire du produit et prêt pour la planification des Program Increments (PI Planning).
  • Documenter les processus actuels et futurs, les personas, les parcours utilisateurs et les cas d'utilisation à l'aide d'outils tels que Miro.
  • Analyser les processus d'affaires, identifier les occasions d'amélioration et recommander des solutions technologiques évolutives en partenariat avec les équipes d'ingénierie.

Exigences de base
  • Minimum de 6 ans d'expérience comme analyste d'affaires ou dans un rôle similaire au sein d'un environnement Agile axé sur la technologie.
  • Baccalauréat ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience pertinente.
  • Solide expérience dans la collecte, la documentation, la validation et la gestion des exigences d'affaires et fonctionnelles.

About the Role

What You'll Do
  • Lead requirements gathering activities, workshops, and discovery sessions for complex initiatives.

  • Document current-state and future-state process flows, personas, user journeys, and use cases using tools such as Miro.
  • Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities and recommend scalable technology solutions by partnering with the engineering team.
  • Leverage SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI to validate business logic and support data-driven decisions.
  • Gather requirements and structure JIRA by feature EPICs and collaborate closely with the delivery team to break down work in sizeable sprint deliverables.
  • Create corresponding user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in Jira for the development and QA teams and conduct walkthroughs before handoff.
  • Leverage AI to support user story creation and ensure all requirements, scenarios, and edge cases are thoroughly considered.
  • Produce mockups or prototypes leveraging AI tools to help stakeholders visualize solution options and refine requirements.
  • Proficient with JQL to support governance processes throughout the SDLC.
  • Work with SaaS vendors to capture new capabilities and understand impacts.
  • Understand system integrations and collaborate with Architects to identify dependencies, impacts, risks and solution considerations.


Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional requirements and working with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders from discovery through implementation.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions, manage ambiguity, resolve conflicting requirements, and drive alignment across stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business audiences.
  • Bilingual English/French communication skills are an asset.
