Job SummaryWe are looking for a Business Analyst, Manufacturing solutions who will act as a strategic partner to Operations and IT teams. They will analyze business needs, optimize processes, and recommend technology solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

- Define and document functional requirements.

- Contribute to the evolution, integration, and continuous improvement of business systems.

QualificationsWhen your expertise drives us:- Education: Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any other relevant manufacturing experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis or functional analysis.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence decisions and act as an advisor to stakeholders.
- Experience in the integration, evolution, and optimization of business systems (ERP, enterprise applications, manufacturing solutions).
- Ability to work in complex and multidisciplinary environments.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
- Autonomy, leadership, and results-oriented mindset.
- Bilingualism in French and English is required.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
