Job DescriptionAmbulatory Clinical Operations Manager- HemOnc InfusionThis position exists to manage the daily operations of patient care and resources in a defined patient care program, area or clinic. The scope of accountability for the specific responsibilities varies related to individual unit and program needs.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift with occasional rounding to evenings and on call rotation for weekends and holidays. Ideal candidates will have leadership, infusion, or ambulatory experience.

Key Relationships: Metro Infusion Leaders, Schwartz Clinic Managers, Medical Directors, SPA Leadership
Candidate QualificationsCandidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Requires knowledge in business applications.
- Requires ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources.
- Requires knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
- Requires knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age and development levels of the patients served.

- Requires ability to promote teamwork and build effective relationships.

- Requires a high level of interpersonal; problem solving and analytical skills. Requires Bachelors degree in Nursing at time of hire effective February 24, 2013.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Basic Life Support certification required. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
