Full Job Description
Analyzes system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results. Supports the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports. Works with other test organizations to support T&E program integration. Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).
Capabilities
• Execute test plans consisting of manual and automated test cases. Report status and results of test execution.
• Analyze system requirements, system descriptions, and concept of operations documents to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis.
• Work with other test organizations to support test and evaluation program integration.
Required Qualifications
• TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly
• 6 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last seven (7) years.
• Bachelor's degree in a science, math, or engineering field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.).
Desired Technical Skills (2 of the below)
• Familiar with Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, TestRay / SynapseRT)
• Familiar with basic Linux tools
• Web browser-based testing tools (Playwright, Selenium, etc.)
• Other test tools (Cucumber, Gherkin, Jmeter, Swagger, etc.)

$77.60 - $105.08 an hour
Pay Range: $77.60 - $105.08 per hour*
