As an Account Manager on our Select team, your role is to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You are responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, negotiating coverage, and managing proposals and renewals. Additionally, you will maintain accurate client information and foster a collaborative service experience.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance at an agency or related company, preferably in an Account Manager position or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
- Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
- Dialing into the details, ensuring accuracy of the minute details of a project or task
- Interpreting complexdocuments,such as insurancepolicies with multiple coverages, detailed applicationsand proposals.
- Reviewing and presenting renewal proposals to clients (written, verbal, in person meetings, etc.)
- Computer proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, and navigating Agency Management Systems
- Experience managing the full marketing process and negotiating contracts
- Ability to work on a fast paced, high volume, and high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
- BS/BA in Business, Insurance or related field
- CPCU, CLCS, ARM, CISR or other professional insurance designation related to Property & Casualty
- Experience working with Applied Epic, agency management system
- Available to travel for client meetings, as needed

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
