Full Job Description

We're looking for a strong sales professional who knows the payments space, enjoys building relationships, and is ready to make an impact right away. This role is best suited for someone who understands the industry, knows how to close, and is looking for the freedom to run their own book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your existing network and industry experience to originate and close new payments opportunities


  • Sell a full suite of payment processing, software, and value-added solutions to businesses nationwide


  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value merchant accounts and partnerships


  • Maintain and expand relationships with your portfolio of clients and referral partners


  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through implementation and ongoing relationship management


  • Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic pipeline development and execution


  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless onboarding and client experience


  • Stay current on industry trends, pricing models, and competitive positioning


Experience & Requirements

  • Proven track record in merchant services, payments, or fintech sales


  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue quickly with minimal ramp time


  • Existing portfolio, referral network, or book of business preferred


  • Strong understanding of pricing, residuals, and deal structuring in the payments space


  • Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals


  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy


  • Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach

Realistic Earnings Potential
  • 1st Year Total Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000
  • 2nd Year Total Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
  • 3rd Year Total Compensation: $110,000+

This role offers uncapped earning potential through a combination of:
  • Base salary
  • Residual commissions
  • Deal bonuses

As your portfolio grows, your residual income compounds over time, creating meaningful long-term earning potential.
