THE WORK:
You'll lead the development and implementation of alternative delivery strategies for major infrastructure and transportation programs.
You'll evaluate and recommend delivery methods such as Public-Private Partnerships, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and DBFOM based on project complexity, funding, schedule, risk, and agency objectives.
You'll advise public agencies on P3 program development, procurement strategy, project structuring, risk allocation, commercial agreements, and contract administration.
You'll establish program governance, procurement frameworks, implementation procedures, and performance requirements that support successful delivery from initial planning through construction.
You'll lead the development of RFQs, RFPs, technical requirements, performance specifications, evaluation criteria, and other procurement documents.
You'll coordinate public agencies, private developers, design consultants, contractors, legal advisors, financial stakeholders, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
You'll identify and manage commercial, technical, contractual, and delivery risks while maintaining alignment with program objectives and contractual obligations.
You'll facilitate executive meetings, stakeholder negotiations, and presentations that translate complex alternative delivery requirements into practical, executable program strategies.
Flexible: This role includes a mix of remote work, client-site work, and time in an Accenture office or center. Every role includes some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Accenture will be as flexible as possible in supporting individual work and life needs.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure development, program management, construction management, or alternative project delivery
Experience developing, procuring, structuring, or implementing infrastructure programs through Public-Private Partnerships
Experience establishing or managing complex programs using alternative delivery methods such as Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, or DBFOM

Experience delivering major rail, transit, highway, bridge, tunnel, or civil infrastructure programs for agencies such as LA Metro, Caltrans, or the California High-Speed Rail Authority

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
