OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Trainer. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable learning solutions that enable users to effectively adopt and utilize modern IT systems, applications, and technologies. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in adult learning methodologies, eLearning development, and technical communications to create engaging training programs that support organizational objectives. This position also provides technical mentorship, drives process improvements, promotes standardization, and helps advance secure technology adoption across the enterprise.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
