You will also have structured opportunities to grow your network with peers, program alumni, and senior leaders across Finance. As part of the program's investment in your professional growth, you will be expected to successfully obtain Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification during the four-year program.

Coaching & Development:

You will be supported throughout the program by the people around you. In addition to regular coaching and feedback from your supervisor, MBA FLDP participants are assigned both a peer mentor and a leader mentor to help them navigate the program, expand their network, and continue building confidence as Finance leaders.

Starting positions are expected to be located at J&J World Headquarters in New Brunswick, NJ. Future rotations may be available at other J&J sites in or near Raritan and Titusville, NJ; Horsham and Spring House, PA; Jacksonville, FL; Cincinnati, OH; Irvine and San Francisco, CA; and Danvers, MA.
