In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparency
• Drive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies and tools related to IT infrastructure
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective
• Lead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates

Required Skill and Experience Experience in Network Security, with strong hands-on expertise in Proxy, Firewall, and Secure Web Gateway technologies
• Manage and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) environments for secure user access
• Design and implement Zscaler solutions, including traffic forwarding and Zero Trust access setup
• Configure security policies like URL filtering, SSL inspection, firewall, and DLP
Preferred Skill and Experience Handle implementation and integration of Zscaler with IAM tools and other network/security tools
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, and application access
• Monitor logs and performance to identify threats and improve user experience, and provide L3 support
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
