The Zonal Claims Executive is the key enabler to promoting AIG Claims as a competitive differentiator by providing local resolution of complex claims issues and offering clients and brokers access to claims senior management. Manages the zonal team of claims client account management staff.
- Facilitate resolution of significant claims issues across all lines of business that are escalated to zone management.
- Enhance claims relationships with brokers and clients through the execution of Claims Advisory Boards.
- Participate in Zone Executive Committee and represent the "voice of claims" in Zone strategy discussions and directives.
- Manages zonal team of Claims Account Managers, Client Service Managers.
What you'll need to succeed- A strong understanding of commercial claims, insurance litigation and an ability to address complex technical problems.
- A proven track record of technical claims skills.
- Strong, rational decision-making capability and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Juris Doctor is a plus.

For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $125,000-$166,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
