You Are:
An experienced WFS Functional/Technical Consultant with a drive to succeed, a desire to learn, that will develop and help grow our Workforce Software business.
The Work: As a Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis and design of new function business processes.
- Your role includes identifying and defining detailed requirements, serving as a liaison to the business community, and participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop comprehensive documentation of business processes and requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate business needs into technical solutions effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyze complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize business functions and workflows.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module
- Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design
- Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software Knowledge including but not limited to:
- Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points If:- You have team lead experience
- You have external client-facing consulting experience
- You have ADP integration Experience
- You have ADP WFS time and attendance configuration / technical experience
- You have other relevant ADP workforce software experience
