Responsibilities:- Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
- Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.
Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- 1-2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred
- Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills
