Job DescriptionThe
Wealth Management Services Senior Operations Manager provides leadership for operational oversight and quality functions supporting Retirement Plan Services operations. The team focuses on balancing oversight, aged-item monitoring, workflow visibility, operational reporting, corrections, trend analysis, and issue resolution. This is not a participant-facing, plan administration, or relationship management role.
This leader will help build and mature a centralized function that improves visibility, consistency, accountability, and operational effectiveness across Retirement Plan Services. Success in this role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence positive change across teams. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, solving complex operational challenges, and creating sustainable operating models that support long-term growth. Prior Retirement Plan Services experience is not required.

Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, or Finance with 12+ years of directly related experience in Wealth Management Operations, Securities and/or cash processing, and/or Risk management and at least 4 years of experience in a management capacity or equivalent combination of education and experience.
