OpportunityAs a key member of the AFO Supply Chain Operationsorganization, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing,and continuously improving all on-site materials operations for ArkansasFaucets Operations (AFO). This role oversees warehouse operations,supermarkets, kitting processes, internal logistics, and inventory controlactivities to ensure the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.
The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for maintaininginventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, inventory reconciliation,variance analysis, storage location management, and material movementtransaction integrity. This position also ensures the accuracy of MaterialsMaster Data in SAP and provides leadership for daily materials operations,including receiving, storage, material handling, replenishment, and productionsupport.
The successful candidate will build and lead ahigh-performing team while driving operational excellence, continuousimprovement, safety, inventory accuracy, and material availability to supportmanufacturing objectives and customer requirements.
Specific ResponsibilitiesMaterials Operations & Production Support- Lead all on-site materials operations, includingreceiving, warehousing, supermarkets, kitting, inventory control, and internallogistics.
- Ensure efficient material handling, storage,replenishment, and delivery processes that support uninterrupted production.
- Partner closely with Planning and Scheduling teams toensure materials are properly staged, kitted, and available to meet productionrequirements.
- Ensure timely material delivery to assembly operationswhile minimizing production downtime caused by material shortages.
- Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions formaterial-related disruptions and inventory issues.
- Establish and maintain standard work, operatingprocedures, and performance metrics to achieve operational excellence.
Leadership & Team Development- Lead, coach, and develop materials associates to build ahigh-performing and engaged team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures,and Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) requirements.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and developtraining and competency plans to support both short- and long-term businessneeds.
- Monitor employee performance and lead developmentinitiatives that improve safety, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement & Material Flow- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvementinitiatives to optimize material flow, labor efficiency, and operationalperformance.
- Design, implement, and sustain material replenishmentsystems including supermarkets, Kanban systems, smart buffers, and otheradvanced inventory management solutions.
- Define logistics equipment requirements and support theimplementation of technologies that improve operational effectiveness.
Inventory Control & SAP Management- Lead inventory control activities, including cycle countprograms, physical inventories, inventory reconciliation, and inventoryaccuracy initiatives.
- Audit inventory records and implement corrective actionsto improve inventory accuracy and system integrity.
- Manage inventory movement transactions within SAP andensure team members are properly trained in system processes and controls.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies throughdata analysis, root-cause identification, stock adjustments, and dispositionmanagement.
- Maintain the integrity of material master data and serveas the site subject matter expert for materials and inventory-related SAPprocesses.
- Establish inventory control KPIs, monitor performancethrough PDCA methodology, and communicate results through regular managementreporting.
- Identify opportunities for inventory reduction, wasteelimination, and cost savings through analysis and continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Reconcile distribution center and in-plant warehouseinventory on a routine basis to ensure financial and operational accuracy.
Skills/Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IndustrialEngineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent level of education/experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience functioning in a leadership role
- 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Internal Logistics, or Material Flow
- Knowledge of inventory management systems, SAP, and inventory control principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-causeinvestigation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, business ownership,customer focus, adaptability, curiosity, aand a passion for continuousimprovement.
- Knowledge of Material Master Data, and Materials Management functions is preferred

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
