Securing goods receipt, including defined inspections and the picking/packing of materials for assembly and the spare parts business.
Leading the Warehouse Team, including developing and coaching Warehouse Assistants while continuously improving processes.
Main responsibilities:- Manage the shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts, material, and equipment ensuring accurate and timely reporting in SAP
- Ensure replenishment of the internal Kanban system while driving improvements (e.g., implementing new parts, labeling, adjusting batch sizes in cooperation with Procurement).
- Establish standards to ensure stock integrity within the facility, and monitor compliance
- Ensure the warehouse is well-structured and organized with clear responsibilities, enabling optimal internal material flow to the appropriate production area as scheduled.
- Identify opportunities, initiate and lead warehouse process improvement initiatives
- Organize and perform stock-taking according to schedule while achieving defined accuracy targets (KPI
- Ensure cycle counts selections are counted accurately and timely, and results are reported to Inventory Control
- Ensure proper storage of materials while applying the FIFO principle
- Processing of ECO's
- Lead and facilitate daily SIM1 and weekly SIM4 meetings in the warehouse, and actively participate in daily SIM2 meetings.
- Prepare and Lead audits for all Warehouse related topics
- Ensure adherence to 5S principles within the warehouse area.
- Maintain and improve warehouse infrastructure.
- Ensure warehouse equipment receives regular maintenance and operating effectively and safely
Secondary responsibilities:- Team supervision for monthly cleaning up of the scrap and quality inventories
- Update master data in ERP-System
- Follow up on the booking of all materials not posted after project completion (TECO process)
- Manage material returns and repairs
- Highly proficient in SAP (EWM/WM and MM modules)
Required qualifications:- Education/diploma in logistics/warehousing
- Experience in a similar job: 3-5 years
- Prior leadership experience
- Inventory management and Kanban knowledge
- SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office proficiency

Position type:This is a full-time, salaried/exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
