Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in warehousing required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficiency in warehousing software; SAP/ERP/WM is preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Experience in omni-channel operations is preferred
• Knowledge of compliance standards for customers and vendors
• Experience supervising 75+ employees across multiple shifts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce warehouse operations policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant warehousing and shipping laws.
• Establish and monitor security protocols for warehouse operations.
• Plan and implement organizational layouts for optimum efficiency.
• Manage staffing and operational costs effectively.
• Schedule, assign, and follow up on team activities for operational requirements.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new warehouse staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations for employees.
• Support team goals and operational results as necessary.
