Leadership and Team Management: Manage internal flow teams including re-binners, re-pickers, and inventory movers; ensure smooth inter-departmental (inbound-to-outbound) handoffs.
Performance Enhancement: Optimize warehouse slotting strategies to reduce travel time; lead cycle count programs to improve inventory accuracy.
Operational Oversight: Supervise all internal movements, including bin-to-bin transfers, pick face replenishment, and consolidation of partial pallets. Enforce 5S standards across all zones.
Schedule Management: Balance real-time replenishment requests from outbound teams with scheduled cycle counting tasks; adjust labor allocation dynamically.
Reporting: Publish inventory accuracy reports (by SKU/location), replenishment timeliness, and idle time analysis for internal moves.
Customer Service Excellence: Support both inbound and outbound teams by ensuring inventory is available and correctly located to meet SLA commitments.
