The Opportunity
Are you ready to help shape the future of global operations through digital transformation? Hitachi Energy is looking for a Warehouse Business Process Owner, to join our newly established High Voltage SAP Center of Expertise (CoE). In this highly visible role, you will support Hitachi Energy's global transformation journey as we harmonize business processes and accelerate digitalization through SAP S/4HANA.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across regions, manufacturing sites, and service organizations to drive the adoption and optimization of SAP warehouse management solutions. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
Drive the adoption and optimization of SAP warehouse management solutions across global business units.
Partner with regional SAP Business Process Owners to harmonize and improve warehouse management processes.
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with local stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
Investigate user challenges and support effective resolution of process and system issues.
Develop and deliver engaging training materials that increase user adoption and knowledge.
Enable and coach key users to become local SAP champions within their organizations.
Support the rollout of new SAP functionality and guide users through system updates and process changes.
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with SAP warehouse management solutions, including Inventory Management (IM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), or related modules.
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; SAP certifications are considered an advantage.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or service-based environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
