Responsibilities
- Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team to develop and execute product roadmaps for our AI & platform organization which serves both customers and Eightfold's product lines
- Listen to our customers to internalize and understand their business and technical challenges and develop a strategic product roadmap to address these needs
- Build and develop a high-performing team of product leaders and product managers while fostering a culture of growth, customer obsession, and strategic thinking
- Partner with key stakeholders to socialize and drive support for your vision across executive leadership, product design, marketing, customer success, and sales
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape for talent acquisition and experience to develop differentiating products in the market
- Understand Eightfold core technological strengths and work to integrate them into the products
- Act as the leader of the platform organization and incorporate forward thinking in terms of the AI & technology infrastructure of Eightfold AI
- Closely track industry trends and adapt your product strategy accordingly
- Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their competition and customer adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years of product leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or commensurate experience in a relevant field
- Previous expertise in building AI and data-driven products
- A passion for Eightfold's mission: The right career for everyone in the world.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the enterprise SaaS products
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Track record of successful delivery of company-critical initiatives with experience doing so throughout all stages of the product life cycle
- Exceptional ability to build and develop high-performing teams
- Deep passion for understanding customer and market feedback
- An aptitude for rapid learning

*The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for commissions and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
Annual Base Salary Range: $250,000 to $335,000
