Job Description:
Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Operations leader who will be responsible for working with the account leads in operationalizing the rollout and management of several projects for our client. In this role, this person will correspond directly with internal, client, and agency partner teams and lead in building and implementing the systems, processes, and tools that drive efficiencies and power standardization.
Responsibilities
Implement workflow management tool (e.g. Asana) and lead project management process to keep cross-functional teams on track, accountable, and focused
Facilitate key enterprise-wide projects (e.g. QBR, education sessions, competitive reporting), including assembling key players, delegating responsibility and tasks, managing timelines, and distributing clear notes/follow ups
Ongoing support of tools/solutions (e.g. MediaTools, Ad Intel), including training team, problem solving technical issues, and optimizing processes
Collaboration on establishing taxonomy and ensuring team adherence
Collect, cleanse, QA, and mapping/integration of data from all systems/sources (e.g. MediaTools, Mediaocean) required to power automation
Drive financial process around cross-team budget connectivity
QA budgets to ensure every dollar is accurate
Liaise extensively with clients, agency partners, and vendors to support implementation, adherence, and optimization of processes
Partner with Account Management and clients to establish and audit against SLAs
Required Skills and Experience
Critical thinker who is interested in developing efficient ways to streamline, standardize, and improve current systems and processes
Proven ability to develop and maintain solid professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Required PC proficiency and expertise with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of Asana, Smartsheet, or a similar project management tool
Desired Skills and Experience
8+ years of demonstrated work success in project management
Experience and working knowledge of media planning and buying
Goal-oriented and action-focused with expert time management, multi-tasking, project planning, and organizational skills
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences (e.g., laterally across peers and upward to senior management)
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

170,000-190,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
