A Typical Day
Your day begins onsite at the San Antonio, FL Operations Center by reviewing dashboards for prior-day funding, pipeline movement, and member experience signals. You align with the CLO on priorities, then huddle with managers to confirm staffing coverage and remove obstacles impacting turnaround time.
Midday, you translate trends into decisions-pressure-testing pricing or channel performance, preparing concise executive updates, and coordinating with Finance and Compliance to validate assumptions and controls. You'll also meet with Marketing and Technology to refine member communications and workflow automation.
Later, you focus on leadership: calibrating coaching plans, reviewing quality themes from the team, and ensuring escalations are documented and routed within delegated authority. The day closes with clear next steps, measurable targets, and a steady focus on responsible lending outcomes.
