Qualifications

• 5+ years in VoIP or telecommunications engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• CCNP Collaborations certification required.
• Hands-on experience with physical network infrastructure like switches and routers.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) and Unity.
• Proven experience in network implementation and maintenance.
• Current U.S. citizenship and Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 3 engineering and support for voice and communications networks.
• Configure, develop, and patch Cisco VoIP systems including Call Manager and Unity.
• Enhance features of voice communication systems to improve functionality.
• Develop configurations for Cisco Unified Border Elements and Session Border Controllers.
• Create SIP connection configurations between VoIP networks and external systems.
• Interact with and support other customer networks like Asterisk and Call Manager Express.
• Ensure all configurations comply with security protocols and standards.
