In addition, you will be responsible for generating $5M-$8M in annual revenue through a combination of strategic account expansion, cross-selling, and new business development.

This role is designed for a bilingual, market-connected sales executive with proven experience in the South Florida construction and development ecosystem and the credibility to represent Milrose at the highest levels of the regional business community.

  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive client retention, revenue growth, increased market share, and deeper penetration across the full-service portfolio.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure 6-8 new strategic client relationships annually, leading complex sales pursuits from opportunity identification through negotiation and close.
  • Develop compelling business cases and solution strategies aligned with client objectives, partnering with subject matter experts and operational teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and provide accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and revenue projections.
  • Serve as a visible market leader and brand ambassador throughout Southeast Florida, representing Milrose and its affiliated companies at industry events, networking organizations, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, owners, contractors, industry associations, municipal stakeholders, and the South Florida development and construction community, including the Latin American investor and developer market.
  • Promote permitting, code consulting, private provider inspection, and architecture and engineering services to drive regional growth and expand market presence.
  • Provide market intelligence and strategic insights to support business development, competitive positioning, and long-term regional expansion initiatives.
