What you will do...
Partner closely with leaders from DevOps, Engineering, SecOps and other teams to drive infrastructure strategies and deployment initiatives
Serve as a subject matter expert on infrastructure upgrades, enhancements, and performance while ensuring cost-effectiveness and business alignment
Manage business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and resilience planning initiatives
Establish and maintain security standards across networks, infrastructure platforms, cloud environments and server systems
Collaborate with network engineering leaders to develop, maintain, and continuously improve backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies
Direct the installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise information systems and infrastructure services
Oversee the management and support of core network technologies including firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs, wireless access points, and associated infrastructure components
Refine and strengthen change management, risk management, and operational governance processes to ensure compliance and stability
Manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various information systems
Build, mentor, and develop high-performing infrastructure and operations teams through strong leadership and coaching
Manage infrastructure budgets, vendor relationships, licensing agreements, and technology investments to maximize value and operational efficiency
What you bring...
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Information Systems or a related field required
Master's degree preferred
Advanced certifications such as ITIL, public cloud certifications or related infrastructure certifications preferred
10+ years of experience in information technology infrastructure, shared services, and advanced data center management required
5+ years of leadership experience managing infrastructure teams and driving large-scale technology initiatives with hands-on leadership approach required
Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects and managing mission-critical environments
Experience developing disaster recovery, business continuity, and backup strategies for enterprise organizations
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Experience managing infrastructure budgets, vendor partnerships and service providers
Ability to manage workload in a demanding environment to meet deadlines
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
In-depth knowledge across system and network engineering in a variety of infrastructure environments
Ability to work in the Dallas office, as this is not a remote position
