Your role and impact

Drive Commercial Growth
  • Own and drive the North American commercial growth strategy, translating business objectives into clear priorities, actions and measurable results
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across priority customer segments and channels.
  • Personally engage with key prospects and strategic customers to build long-term, value-based relationships
  • Develop and grow strategic accounts, ensuring strong customer engagement, retention and revenue growth
  • Identify market trends, opportunities and competitive dynamics and translate them into actionable commercial initiatives
  • Build a strong understanding of the North American blank apparel, decorator and distribution ecosystem
Develop the Market & Dealer Network
  • Strengthen and expand the North American dealer network in line with the company's commercial strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve market coverage, customer reach and channel performance
  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, decorators and other relevant industry stakeholders
  • Work closely with Marketing and other functions to strengthen Stanley/Stella's positioning and visibility in the North American market
Lead & Develop the Sales Team
  • Lead, coach and develop the North American sales team, creating a high-performance and customer-focused culture
  • Provide clear direction, commercial coaching and hands-on support to team members
  • Develop the team's strategic sales capabilities while maintaining a strong focus on execution and results
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance and ensure accountability for commercial outcomes
  • Act as a role model for customer engagement, business development and commercial excellence
Bring Commercial Thought Leadership
  • Bring strong commercial judgement and market insight to the North American leadership agenda
  • Challenge existing approaches and identify new ways to accelerate growth
  • Use data, customer insights and market intelligence to inform commercial decisions
  • Balance short-term revenue opportunities with sustainable long-term market development
  • Collaborate closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure North American priorities are aligned with the broader business strategy


About you

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development and/or sales leadership, preferably within apparel, textiles, fashion, promotional products or another relevant B2B environment
  • A proven track record of personally driving revenue growth and developing new business
  • Strong experience managing and growing key customer relationships
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams
  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking combined with a highly hands-on approach
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • A strong understanding of the North American commercial landscape and customer ecosystem
  • The credibility and energy to engage directly with customers, prospects, dealers and internal teams
  • A data-driven approach to commercial decision-making, without losing the human and relationship dimension of sales
  • Strong business judgement and the ability to move from strategy to execution quickly
  • Must be based within commutable distance of Orange County and willing to travel nationally up to 50-75% of the time
