As the Vice President of Engineering and Development, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping the entire spectrum of aerospace product evolution. This encompasses guiding concept inception, design, manufacturing, integration, and rigorous testing processes. Your strategic insight, technical prowess, and leadership acumen will be instrumental in nurturing innovation, upholding technical excellence, and delivering solutions of unparalleled quality.

• Set and oversee the overarching engineering and development trajectory.
• Lead and steer development endeavors in consonance with the company's mission and goals.

Technical Proficiency:

Project Governance:
