This position is responsible for managing and maintain the corporate-wide ERP system. Will plan, organize, and manage the implementation and maintenance of ERP across multiple sites. Will Coordinate with all departments to define and assign tasks that facilitate a smooth and well-tested transition. Provide support and resolutions for technical issues. Lead the normalization and continual improvement of the software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Define organization requirements, expectations, and objectives of the ERP implementation.
- Confirm and outline current high-level organizational processes and procedures.
- Map organization processes onto ERP system framework. Expose limitations of software and recommended business process changes, work-around, or ERP customizations.
- Create high-level and department specific process maps and documentation for everyday reference and training to standardize and stabilize ERP procedures and implementation.
- Monitor implementation and serve as the subject matter expert on system functionalities and capabilities.
- Participate in implementation at additional sites.
- Develop and implement custom reports, data views, forms, and dashboards.
- Talk with each department about their responsibilities and actions and how they current use CSI, what is missing, what do they still rely on in DVApps for, and how CSI could be better.
- Create documentation, charts, SOP's, WI's, any visual aid to allow a seamless training and transitions between old and new hires.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Education Required: A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent
Experience Required: Experience in project implementation, consulting, or supporting an ERP system
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED- Ability to maintain technical record keeping
- Ability to think big picture and deep dive into details
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and juggle ongoing projects in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a customer-oriented demeanor
- Ability to communicate complex issues and ideas in both technical and user-friendly language to varying levels of users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner (verbal and written)
- Advanced and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, without close supervision, as well as part of a team
- Strong Reporting skills, including extensive knowledge Crystal Reports, Business Intelligence, Internal Dashboards, SQL and/or Analytics a strong plus
- Must be ready and willing to travel as needed
- Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed for projects, acquisitions or as VP of IT deems it necessary
