The Difference You Make:
We are seeking a Vice President to join the Cross-Asset Structuring team, with a primary focus on structured notes and OTC derivatives. The team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative financial products linked to Equities, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, and Commodities (FICC) markets for institutional investors, distributors, private banks, and other client segments.
The Structuring team partners closely with Sales and Trading to originate, design, and execute tailored investment and hedging solutions. Structurers combine strong quantitative expertise, commercial judgment, and problem-solving capabilities to deliver bespoke products that meet clients’ investment objectives while navigating regulatory, operational, and risk considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Structure securitized investment products, including structured notes and OTC derivatives across asset classes.
Partner with Sales teams to originate, develop, and deliver new product opportunities for clients and the broader franchise.
Lead the development and implementation of new products and platform capabilities, incorporating legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, funding, capital, and operational considerations.
Drive the automation and enhancement of the structured products issuance platform, integrating pricing, term-sheet generation, booking, and lifecycle event processing.
Collaborate closely with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Trading to ensure products are delivered within applicable regulatory and governance frameworks.
Serve as a product specialist, supporting Sales teams and participating in client meetings to help present product solutions and market insights.
Produce marketing materials, product documentation, and payoff analyses to support business development and execution.
Provide management with data on business trends, issuance activity, platform utilization, and growth opportunities.
Lead and coordinate strategic automation and infrastructure initiatives across Technology, Operations, and Business Management teams.
Identify opportunities to enhance and expand product capabilities, issuance processes, and client solutions across the platform.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related discipline, including Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field - Required
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in structuring, pricing, and executing structured products and OTC derivatives across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities, with significant experience in structured notes.
Deep understanding of market conventions, product mechanics, and issuance processes across multiple asset classes.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into commercially viable client solutions.
Strong project management skills with experience driving cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation.
Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and a focus on scalable, sustainable outcomes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Trading, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.

What Else You Need To Know:
The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
