Key Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships within the business to manage all third-parties through regular performance reviews, goal-setting discussions, and expectation alignment sessions
• Analyze vendor performance metrics, platform reliability, and contractual compliance using data-driven methods; conduct periodic assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to established agreements.
• Assist in the negotiation of vendor contracts including licensing, pricing structures, implementation timelines, and service level agreements; ensure all terms align with company policies and data security standards.
• Monitor third-party technology and risk with the appropriate parties to ensure successful delivery against contractual obligations and implement remediation strategies for compliance gaps or performance deficiencies.
• Serve as a customer-focused point of contact to address vendor-related complaints, platform outages, delivery delays, and contractual disputes; develop solutions that maintain positive relationships while protecting Firm interests.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and value optimization opportunities across the vendor portfolio; maintain awareness of emerging fintech solutions and competitive alternatives.
• Partner with technology, legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure vendor relationships support digital transformation goals and maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate vendor performance data and market trends; develop technology sourcing strategies aligned with corporate innovation goals and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization
• Identify complex vendor-related challenges and implement data-driven solutions; provide proactive recommendations to enhance vendor capabilities and service delivery

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Banking or financial services industry experience
• 10+ years of IT vendor and relationship management experience, Strategic Sourcing and technology operations
• CPSM or Six Sigma certification preferred
• Vendor lifecycle management experience required
